Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

This is my Dad. When I was a little child, my brother, my Dad, and I would make cookies after church on Sunday while my Mom took a nap. I think we ate more batter than cooked cookies. My Dad has a tender heart especially for my Mom and his children. He is a peacemaker and his trademarks are service, work, and love of people. I sure like to make food for my Dad. He appreciates it.

I made the Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie and served it at the Pie Party. BUT I didn't get a picture of the finished product.
