A neighbor came to our rescue and loaned me the car for the day. He wrote the following:
In what many scholars see as the final sign before the apocalypse, Wendy drove a minivan on Sat Dec 8 2012. The photo clearly shows the glory that is to be as Wendy flinched from the beauty that is driving a minivan. Commentators are confused as to whether this was predicted by Nostradamus, John the Apostle, or unknown ancient Mayan Calendarists. But all agree that this cannot be a good sign.I don't know what he is talking about. I drove it for one day. I even drove one for work at one time. I'm still not convinced I want one.

he he... I love the Mini Van reference to the "signs of the times". I too dread the day IF I ever have to drive one! Good luck with the tonsil removal. May you heal quickly and enjoy loads of cool drinks and warm wishing of health.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my mini van!!
Ha! I also will drive a minivan only if the world is ending. I need a TRUCK!! And if I can't have that- a Suburban is just a truck with room for all the munchkins.
I'm glad that there is photo proof of what I saw at the end of my driveway! ;) And really, you did look good driving it! I still can't say I love to look out my window and say, I drive a mini van, however, for the versatality, comfort, and gas mileage compared to my durango I drove, I love it.
Not end of time...the beginning of a new chapter. heheheehe.
Hey! I love my minivan and I'm not afraid to say it!
