So last fall we got invited to participate in a Dr. Suess book, treat, and activity club. We went once a week. It was awesome to have a book read to us, eat a yummy treat from Green Eggs and Ham Cookbook, and make a craft. Moms got to sit together mid-week and talk. Just talk after the book was read.
This year the family that hosts book group does it once a month. S. J. (the Mom who hosts) is incredibly creative. We love to go.
This last month's book was "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch. They loved it and could repeat the song.
This is part of our craft. We made heart flowers with suckers. The treat was individual cheesecake with cherry topping. It was yummy!
