Sour Cream

If you don't happen to have any sour cream on hand, or if the budge will not allow it, do as we often do and make your own by adding 2 tablespoons lemon juice to 1 cup evaporated milk (room temperature) and allow this mixture to sit 5 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise and serve as directed for sour cream.
