Gourmet Sauce For Vegetable

Place 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese (use Neufchatel cheese for fewer calories) and 1 (10-oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup in top of double boiler and heat, stirring gently, until well blended and hot.

Serve over hot broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower or other vegetable as you prefer. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
