Ingredients
1 qt buttermilk
1 cup All-Bran
2 cups 100% Bran
2 cups hot water & let cool
3 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
4 eggs
5 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 cups flour
Stir together buttermilk, All-Bran, 100% Bran, and water. Cream sugar, shortening, eggs, soda, and salt. Add flour - be like a cake batter. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degree oven.
