Carrot Spice Sesame Muffins

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup whole bran cereal
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 pound trimmed carrots, pared and grated medium fine (1 1/2 firmly packed cups)

On wax paper stir together whole wheat flour, wheat germ, bran, sesame seed, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.

In large bowl whisk together until blended the orange juice, honey, oil and yogurt. Add flour mixture; stir only until moistened; stir in carrots. turn into well-greased muffin-pan cups ( 1/3 cup capacity) filling each 3/4 full.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean - 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
