Snapshot: End of May 2012

For Joy School, we held graduation exercises. The Mom who hosted (Thanks J!) went all out and even played the "graduation" song (Pomp and Circumstance by Edward Elgar). They loved the glasses, books, "diploma," and swimming.
We came home and our sweet Hurricane brushed his teeth and decided to have a science experiment. He turn the faucets toward the mirror and turned the water on full blast. Around 45 minutes later Sweetheart discovered a small wading pool on the floor of our bathroom.
The water filled the drawers and left around 1 inch of water on the floor. Needless to say, Hurricane helped with spring cleaning and clean laundry.
Our Home Teacher brought Hurricane a cake for his birthday. Hurricane shared the cake with all of us.
Since January Hurricane has been asking for a Tron cake. Two days before his birthday he asked for a Thomas the Train cake. This is the result. He also requested yellow cake.

Oooh, the messes these kids get into! It's a good thing they're cute or they'd never make it past toddlerhood! :)

Love the cake!
