He loves to get mail. He loves to send mail. His favorite person to send a letter to is his Uncle Aaron who is a missionary. He loves to send him army guys. He even took out the stamped mail and put in his own packaged envelop with about a 50 return address labels on it and only my brother's name on the envelop. Needless to say we made the swap after he went to bed.
We write a letter to family and friends every Sunday. We send 2 letters each week to family. We think that getting mail that is not ads or bills is SO MUCH FUN!!! I even got a package in the mail yesterday from my Mom! My little fellow above says that getting a letter is like Christmas...
Christmas is full of service, and many people give to so many. My friend is hosting a letter writing
Service Boot Camp in February. The idea is that you write just one letter to someone that has touched your life or even to thank someone that helped you. She is having giveaways and ideas on
how to write a thank you letter.
It is something fun and who knows...you might make it Christmas for someone in February.
