Caramel Corn

A perfect fall treat!!

2 gallons popped corn

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light Karo
2 cubes butter or margarine

Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add (it will foam up):
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Pour over popped corn. Spread on cookie sheet. (I used parchment paper so I don't have to clean the pan after putting it in the oven.)Place in 250 degree oven. Stir every 15 minutes until crisp.
