German Pancakes

3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Fluff eggs. Add flour, milk, salt, and butter. In an 8x8 pan and melt the butter. Cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Pancakes should be light brown and should rise.
